Welcome to Workik AI (“Workik”, “Workik AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Workik AI SaaS platform, which enables users to create, configure, test, and deploy AI agents using code, documentation, and other project context.

By accessing or using Workik AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

• “Workik AI” / “Workik” refers to the AI agent platform available at https://workik.ai.
• “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• “Service” refers to the Workik AI SaaS platform, including features for AI agent creation, configuration, testing, collaboration, and integrations.
• “Content” refers to code, repositories, documentation, files, prompts, metadata, and other materials provided by Users.
• “AI Agents” refers to configurable AI-powered agents created and managed within the platform.

2. Scope of Service

Workik AI provides a self-service SaaS platform that allows Users to:

• Connect repositories and project context.
• Create and configure AI agents.
• Test and iterate AI agent behavior.
• Share AI agents within teams or across integrated tools.

Workik AI does not provide custom software development, managed services, or guaranteed outcomes. Users are responsible for how they configure and deploy AI agents using the platform. Availability of certain features may depend on plan level or usage limits.

3. Account Registration & Access

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Workik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content, Repositories & User Data

• You retain ownership of all Content you provide to Workik AI.
• By connecting repositories or uploading Content, you grant Workik AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Workik AI does not claim ownership over your code, repositories, or documentation.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any Content you connect or upload.

5. AI Usage & Limitations

• AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.
• Workik AI does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose.
• Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving AI-generated outputs before use.
• Workik AI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI agent responses.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
• Upload Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
• Use AI agents to generate malicious code or content.

Workik reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

7. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

• Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and usage limits are outlined on the Workik website.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Security & Data Protection

• Workik AI implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
• Users remain responsible for securing connected repositories, API keys, and third-party services.
• Workik AI is not responsible for security incidents originating from third-party integrations or user-managed infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Workik AI platform, including software, UI, and underlying systems, is owned by Workik.
• These Terms do not grant you ownership of Workik intellectual property.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform except as permitted by law.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

• Workik AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or feature changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Workik AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or misuse.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

13. Changes to These Terms

• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
